Latygorsk village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. In the late 1920s, he was part of the Grigoryevsky volost of Zaraysk district of the Ryazan province.
In 1929, Latygorsky s / s was assigned to the Zaraysky district of the Kolomna district of the Moscow region.
July 17, 1939 Latygorsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, its territory (the villages of Kozlovskie Vyselki and Latigori ) was transferred to the Pechernikovsky s / s [1] .
