Club career
Adams is a graduate of the New York Red Bulls Club. On April 14, 2016, in the match against San Jose Earthquakes , he debuted at MLS , at the age of 17 [1] . On September 28, Tyler made a “double” in a duel against DC United , scoring his first goals for the New York Red Bulls [2] .
In early 2019, Adam moved to the German " RB Leipzig " [3] . On January 27, in the match against the Düsseldorf Fortune , he made his debut in the German Bundesliga [4] .
International Career
In 2015, Adams took part in the Junior World Championships in Chile as part of the US youth team. He played in the tournament against Nigeria [5] , Croatia [6] and Chile [7] .
In 2017, Adams won the CONCACAF youth championship in Costa Rica as part of the US youth team . In the tournament he played in matches against the teams of Panama [8] , Mexico [9] , El Salvador and Honduras [10] .
In the same year, Adams took part in the World Youth Championship in South Korea . At the tournament he played in matches against teams of Ecuador [11] , Senegal [12] , Saudi Arabia [13] , New Zealand [14] and Venezuela [15] .
On November 14, 2017, in a friendly match against Portugal, Adams made his debut for the USA [16] . In a match against Mexico, Tyler scored his first goal for the national team.
Adams was included in the application of the US team for the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2019 , but because of the injury could not go to the tournament, his place was taken by Reggie Cannon [17] [18] [19] .
