Biography
He graduated with a silver medal school number 2 in Engels, in 1976 - the Saratov Medical Institute . He worked as a district obstetrician-gynecologist ( Kresttsy , Novgorod region). In 1983 he graduated from the clinical residency of the Leningrad Sanitary and Hygienic Medical Institute , worked at the 1st City Clinical Hospital in Saratov : as an obstetrician-gynecologist, from 4.1.1985 - deputy chief doctor for obstetrics and gynecology, from 16.2.2000 - chief doctor [1] . At the same time (from 23.5.2001) - Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Saratov State Medical University .
In 2000, on the job, he graduated from the Saratov University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit [1] .
From November 17, 2009 [2] to 2011, he was the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Administration of the Municipal Formation “City of Saratov” [1] . March 21, 2011 after being elected as a deputy of the Saratov City Duma of the 4th convocation [3] he was again appointed to the post of chief doctor of the State Health Institution “Saratov City Clinical Hospital No. 1 named after Yu.
