History

The date of establishment is not established. Initially, it had the status of a village, was part of the First Donskoy okrug of the Donskoy Army land. Later included in the Salsky district . In 1859, there were 94 yards in the village of Nizhne-Serebryakovsky, 235 male and 344 female souls lived [1] .

By 1873, the Lower Sebryakov Volost was formed. The name of the village was transformed into Nizhne-Sebryakovsky . In 1873, there were 96 yards in the village of Nizhne-Sebryakovsky, 251 male and 289 female residents [2] .

In the 1897 census, it is listed as the village of Nizhne-Sebryakovskoye . According to the data of the first All-Russian population census of 1897, 844 souls of a male and 842 female lived in the village of Verkhne-Sebryakov, Lower Sebryakovsky volost of the Salsky district of the region of the Don Army, [3] . By 1915, the settlement lost the status of a village, it was transformed into the village of Nizhne-Sebryakovsky, the center of the Sebryakovsky volost was moved to Verkhne-Sebryakovka ). According to the alphabetical list of the populated areas of the Don Region in 1915, 504 male and 472 female souls lived in the village of Nizhne-Sebryakovsky, there was a post office, a church, male and female parish schools, 1 steam and 2 windmill mills [4]

As a result of the Civil War, the population of the village decreased. In the same period, the name was changed to Nizhne-Se rebyarovka . According to the first All-Union Population Census of 1926, the population of the Nizhne-Serebryakovka hamlet of the Verkhne-Serebryakovsky Village Council of the Zimovnikovsky District of the Salsky District of the North Caucasus Region amounted to 615 people, 293 men and 322 women, 594 of them were Great Russians [5] .
