History
Andrei Gelasimov ’s story “Paradise found” in the style of a blog was published in the journal “ Snob ” and encouraged Sergei Solovyov to re-address the topic of youth cinema . This time, the screen shows the life of hip-hop underground music, and one of the main roles was played by the popular rap artist Bast .
The film is basically about nothing. Without any globally lofty thought, without a deep idea. The film is about banal sneakers. Perhaps most likely - about life motivation. At a young age, in which our hero is, it is important to feel the sense of a pioneer in the white light. The picture is most likely about this.
- Sergey Solovyov
According to the commentator of the publication “ Arguments of the Week ”, Vladimir Alekseev, whether the life shown in the film is worth the film adaptation is a moot point, but the black-and-white palette of the painting was definitely chosen correctly.
Closed screening of the picture took place in February 2016 at the Moscow club " Gazholder ". In June, the tape opened the Moscow Film Festival in 2016 .
