Biography

Vyacheslav Mikhayolvich Puzikov was born on August 14, 1947 in the city of Kupyansk, Kharkov region. In 1970 he graduated from the Radiophysical Department of Kharkov State University.

He headed the scientific and technological complex "Institute of single crystals" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

He died on December 11, 2014.
