Mazaraki, Anatoly Antonovich

In 1972 he graduated from the Faculty of Technology of the Kiev Institute of Trade and Economics with a degree in production engineering. He defended his doctoral thesis "The development and structural reorientation of the sphere of commodity circulation as a factor of economic growth." In 1972 - 1975 he was a junior researcher at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Trade and Catering of the USSR Ministry of Trade . In 1975 - 1984 he held the posts of senior engineer, junior research assistant, senior research officer of the Council for the Study of the productive forces of the Ukrainian SSR . In 1984 - 1987 - Deputy Director for Research of the Republican Design and Technological Institute of Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Ukrainian SSR . In 1987 - 1988 he worked as deputy general director of the NGO Torgprogress of the Ministry of Trade of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1988–1991 - Scientific Secretary, Associate Professor of the Economics of Trade Department, Dean of the Faculty of Trade and Economics, First Vice-Rector of the Kiev State Institute of Trade and Economics Since 1991 - Rector of the Kiev Trade and Economic Institute (since 1994 - Kiev State University of Trade and Economics , since 2000 - Kiev National Trade and Economics University ).

Author and co-author of more than 300 scientific works, in particular monographs : “Modern problems of regional trade development” ( 1994 ), “Development of trade in the system of social infrastructure in the conditions of a market economy” ( 1994 ), “World market of goods and services: product structure” ( 1996 , co-author), “Consumer rights protection: social and legal aspect” ( 2002 ), textbook “Economics of a commercial enterprise” ( 1999 , co-author), “Political science” ( 2002 , co-author), “Regulation of foreign economic activity in Ukraine” ( 2003 co-author).

By a resolution of February 24, 2010 , the Academic Council of KNTEU awarded Mazaraki the title of “Honorary Professor of KNTEU” solely for significant personal contribution to the development of the university and increasing its authority in society, as well as to the training of highly qualified specialists, scientific and pedagogical personnel, and the development of science.
