Mikhail Vasilievich Loboda (born September 7, 1940 , the village of Pristaylovo , Sumy Region ) is a Soviet and Ukrainian politician ; MP of Ukraine . President of the All-Ukrainian Association of Physiotherapists and Balneologists (since 1987 ). First Vice President of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy.

Kharkov Medical Institute , Department of Pediatrics ( 1963 ). Higher party school under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. Doctor of Medical Sciences (since 1992 ), Professor (since 1997 ), Corresponding Member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine (since November 2003 ).
