César Pablo Vaxia Colatic ( Spanish: César Pablo Vaccia Colatic ; born October 12, 1953 , San Antonio , Chile ) is a Chilean football coach.

In 1999, Cesar Vaxia led the Chilean club Universidad de Chile , which twice under his leadership became the champion of Chile, in 1999 and 2000. In 2002, he was appointed head coach of the Chilean national team , which missed the 2002 World Cup and held only one official meeting with him, losing in a friendly match to the Turkish national team .
Subsequently, Vaxia worked with the youth national teams of Chile on football.
