Mankath

Mankaf ( Arabic: المنقف ) is a city in the province (governorate) of Al Ahmadi , one of the 11 districts of the province, part of the Kuwait agglomeration . Kuwait’s 7th largest population (2nd in the province) and one of the largest suburbs of Kuwait . Area - 6.36 km². The population is 126,930 people (2015).

Located in the north of the province, 27 km from the capital, on the coast of the Persian Gulf . With other suburbs along the coast and the capital, the city is connected by the 3D Fahahil or Abdulaziz Abdurahman al-Saud motorway, which also goes to the south of the country.
