Club career
In 2012, he moved to the Grasshopper Academy. Before the season 2015-2016 began to play enough in the main team. On February 6, 2016 he made his debut in the Swiss Super League in a duel against the Young Boys , which ended in a 1-1 draw. Ian left in the starting lineup and spent the whole match on the field. Immediately declared himself as a starting defender, held 16 meetings in the season [1] .
The Swiss publication “Blick” compares the player with Philippe Senderos , noting that the player is modest and still has not given a single interview [2] .
Team Career
He participated in the elite qualifying round for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship [3] [4] [5] , however, the Swiss team failed and did not qualify for the tournament.
