Club career
Lesl is a graduate of the Kolding and Midtjylland clubs. In 2010, he was included in the application of the basis of the latter. On March 6, in his match against Odense , he made his debut in the Danish Super League. [2] As part of Midtjylland, Jonas reached the finals of the Danish Cup twice in a row. In the summer of 2014, he moved to the French Guingamp . On September 21, in a match against Monaco , Lesl debuted in League 1 [3] .
In the summer of 2016, Jonas moved to the German Mainz 05 , which was looking for the goalkeeper to go to Liverpool Loris Carius [4] . On August 27, in a match against Dortmund Borussia , Lesl made his debut in the Bundesliga [5] .
In the summer of 2017, Jonas transferred to Huddersfield Town on an loan basis [6] . On August 12, in his match against Crystal Palace , he made his debut in the English Premier League. [7]
International Career
In 2011, as part of the youth national team of Denmark, Lesl took part in the home youth European championship . At the tournament he was a substitute and did not enter the field.
On March 29, 2016, in a friendly match against the Scottish national team, Jonas made his debut for the Danish national team , replacing Casper Schmeichel in the second half [8] .
In 2018, Lössl took part in the World Cup in Russia . At the tournament he was a substitute goalkeeper and did not enter the field.
