After World War II, she worked as a field link at the Chapaev collective farm in the Nekhvoroshchansky district. In 1947, the link led by Natalya Odnovolik collected an average of 30.5 centners of wheat from a plot of 9 hectares. For these outstanding labor achievements, in 1948 she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.
