Biography
He was born on August 25, 1934 , in the village of Novovasilyevka , Berdyansk district , Zaporizhia region , in a family of workers. He graduated from Berdyansk Pedagogical Institute with a degree in physics and mathematics teacher, Zaporizhzhya Engineering Institute named after V. Ya. Chubar , specializing in electrical engineer, Higher Diplomatic School of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1972). He was fluent in Bulgarian and French . Member of the CPSU ( 1957 - 1991 ), member of the OK KPU. Member of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Council.
The People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the I convocation, during his deputy in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, did not belong to groups or factions. He was married and had a child.
