Forza Horizon 3 is an open-world racing video game [1] based on Australia , whose map is twice as large as the Forza Horizon 2 map and extends from Surfers Paradise to Byron Bay . The game provides a cooperative multiplayer mode. [1] The game provides a cross-platform game that is part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program. [2]
Game development and release
Forza Horizon 3 was developed by Playground Games and was announced on June 13, 2016, at a Microsoft presentation at Ebox's X3 trade show . [1] The game was released on September 27, 2016. [2] Owners of the Ultimate Edition will have access to the game on September 23, along with six DLCs with cars, and access to exclusive cars and events. [3] The cars on the cover are the Lamborghini Centenario [2] and the Ford F-150 Raptor .
Ratings and Opinions
Forza Horizon 3 has been praised by critics. On GameRankings and Metacritic sites , the average score is 92.14% and 91/100 in the version for Xbox One [4] [5] and 88% and 86/100 in the version for PC [6] [7], respectively.
