Biography
He studied cinema and media theory in Lyon , Tuebingen, Sorbonne in Paris . He also deals with the history of German culture. He published several literary works. In 2009, together with Melik Sarachoglu made his debut in the full-length movie with the film “There” (2009), awarded the prize of the Ankara Film Festival. Two years later, their documentary about Ingmar Bergman 's Journey to Bergmania came out. The painting “The Light of My Eyes” ( Eye Am , also translated as “I am an Eye”) is the third full-length work of the director’s duet [1] , which participated in MIFF'14 and received three awards at once: Special Jury Prize “Silver George” [2] , Prize of the Asian Association Netpac Award, Prize of the Federation of Russian Film Clubs.
