History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Mordovia of December 1, 2004 No. 95-З “On Establishing the Borders of Municipal Formations of the Bolshebereznikovsky Municipal District, Bolshebereznikovsky Municipal District and giving them the status of a rural settlement and a municipal district” [3] .

By the law of May 17, 2018 N 36-З Chernopromzinskoe rural settlement and the village council were abolished, and their settlements were included in the Parakinsky rural settlement and village council with the administrative center in the village Parakino [4] .
