- Matvey Ivanovich Burylin (1693—?) - the founder of the clan, the owner of a weaving firefly, a serf of the princes Cherkassky [1] .

Diodor Andreevich Burylin (1788-1860), built in 1812 a print factory in Ivanovo; in 1831 he bought himself and his family out of serfdom; in 1844 he also built a print factory and tea leaves in the Ascension settlement [1] . Traded textiles at the Nizhny Novgorod, Irbit and Rostov fairs. He was a collector of books. The One Believer [2] .- Gennady Diodorovich Burylin (1828-1879) did not possess entrepreneurial talent, and therefore, under his leadership, the factory was in decline [2] .
Nikolai Gennadievich Burylin (1850-1928) after marrying the daughter of the manufacturer Kh. I. Kuvaev in 1874, he began managing his factory , and then together with his wife established the Partnership of the Kuvaevsky Manufactory in 1887, which he managed successfully and managed to increase fixed capital from 1 million rubles to 5 million by 1912. Nadezhda Harlampievna Burylina (nee Kuvaeva; 1851-1921) came from the merchant dynasty Kuvaeva, the wife of Nikolai Gennadevich. Together with her husband, she managed the factory inherited by her, actively engaged in charity work; in particular, for the construction of the Kuvaev hospital, named after her parents, she allocated a plot of land belonging to her. Honorary Citizen of Ivanovo-Voznesensk [n 1] [1] [3] .- Dmitry Gennadyevich Burylin (1852-1924) from 1872 headed the family enterprise and developed it: for example, he introduced machine processing in his factories, built new enterprises; in 1909 he founded a unit partnership of manufactories of D. G. Burylin and by 1914 doubled his fixed capital from 750 thousand rubles to one and a half million. He was also a collector of books, coins, architectural finds, works of art and much more.
