Biography
He began his career at the age of 16 as a mechanic at the Izhevsk Motor Plant ( 1954 - 1958 ).
And in 1958-1959 he worked as a joiner of the construction and assembly train No. 27 in the city of Yekaterinburg .
In 1960 - 1961 - locksmith of the Izhevsk EMZ.
After serving in the army (1961-1964) he returned to the enterprise to the same position, where he achieved outstanding results in his work.
Introduced into production more than 20 techniques, which allowed to reduce the complexity of the machined parts by more than 5 times. Working with a personal stigma, he regularly performed shift tasks by 160-170%. The USSR State Prize was awarded for participation in the introduction and organization of production of the Osa anti-aircraft missile system . He was awarded the Orders of Lenin ( 1976 ), the Red Banner of Labor ( 1971 ), several medals.
