It dates back to the XVI century and was included in the VI and II parts of the genealogical book of the Vilna , Grodno , Chernihiv , Kharkiv and Poltava provinces .
- Kandyba, Fyodor Andreevich (? - until 1729 ) - the statesman and military leader of the Hetmanate , Korsun colonel and the Nezhinsky regimental signage .
- Kandyba, Andrei Fedorovich (died 1730 ) - statesman and military leader of the Zaporizhia Army , Korsun colonel .
- Kandyba, Daniil Fedorovich (1776–1831) - military figure, major general.
Emblem Description
In the shield, which has a silver field, there is a red Heart, pierced by two Sabers.
The shield is crowned with an ordinary noble Helmet, with a noble Crown on it. Silver markings on the shield, planted with red. The coat of arms of the Kandibovs (Kandyba) is included in Part 4 of the General Armorial of the noble families of the All-Russian Empire, p. 133.
