Biography

Since 1931, after graduating from the Polytechnic of Communications, he worked at the People's Commissariat of Communications, and later at the Academy of Communications Podbelsky.

In absentia he graduated from MEIS (1935) and remained working at the departments of radio transmitting devices and the theoretical foundations of radio engineering. Student of academician A.A. Andronov. In 1938 he published a course of lectures on the theoretical foundations of radio engineering.

In 1940 he defended his thesis on the topic “Research of a generator with a grid”, in 1947 he defended his doctoral dissertation, published later in the form of a monograph “Transients in receiving-amplifying circuits”.

In the years 1947-1962 - head. Department of Radio Transmission Devices, Moscow Power Engineering Institute .

Since 1962, a senior researcher at the All-Russian Research Institute of Radio Engineering.

Creator of a scientific and pedagogical school in the field of the formation of oscillations and signals in radio engineering devices and systems. He developed new methods of analysis and design of linear and nonlinear functional units and devices of radio engineering systems.
