The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Mordovia of December 28, 2004 No. 115-З “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities of the Ardatovsky Municipal District, the Ardatovsky Municipal District and Giving them the Status of a Rural Settlement, Urban Settlement and Municipal District” [3] .
