The stone is the western spur of the Ural range . The highest mark is 780 m. The length of the hill is about 9 km. The total area is 1100 hectares. The rocks are composed of large quartz sandstone of white and red colors, have a horizontally-layered structure.
The Stone is a natural monument of regional significance. It is a tourist attraction for hiking and is of interest for climbing and mountaineering.
