Aziz Refatovich Abdullaev (born 1953 ) is a Ukrainian Crimean Tatar politician. First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Minister of Regional Development and Housing and Communal Services of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Biography
Born July 20, 1953 in Jizzakh (now Uzbekistan ). In 1980 he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute, received the specialty of engineer of communications.
In 1996-2002, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund, in 2002-2005 - First Deputy Minister of Industry, Transport and Communications of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Awards and Prizes
- Order of Merit, III degree ( November 30, 2013 ) - for a significant personal contribution to the socio-economic, scientific, technical, cultural and educational development of the Ukrainian state, significant achievements in labor, many years of conscientious work [1]
- National Taras Shevchenko Prize of Ukraine ( March 8, 2005 ) - for the design of the Renaissance sculptural complex in Simferopol
- Honored Worker of Industry of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2004)
