Ke Seung-un ( Hangul : 계승 운; December 26, 1943) is a North Korean soccer player , midfielder , and participant in the 1966 World Cup as a substitute.

He played for the Rodonga club.

Team

As part of the DPRK national team, he participated in the 1966 World Cup , but the entire tournament stayed in reserve, never having appeared on the field. He also did not play in qualifying matches.
