Biography
Born on July 6, 1923 in Yekaterinoslav (now the Dnieper ). In 1948 she graduated from the Faculty of History of Dnepropetrovsk University ; From the same year - a researcher at the Dnepropetrovsk Historical Museum , since 1963 - its director.
In the 1970s, together with the team of the Dnepropetrovsk Historical Museum, she supported the idea of language teachers Vladimir Yemelyanovich Sandrikov and Yevgeny Yanovich Birzhak about creating the Literary Dnieper Region Museum.
She defended the Kernos idol found by schoolchildren in the summer of 1973 - they already wanted to keep it in the Hermitage .
He is the author of books and articles on the history of Dnepropetrovsk and Dnepropetrovsk region .
During her directorship with 33 thousand museum items, which were in the funds in 1948, the collection grew to almost 200 thousand items.
She died on November 9, 2004 in Dnepropetrovsk (now the Dnieper , Ukraine ).
