About the very Kamensky family, which uses such a coat of arms, the coat of arms says the following :
The surname Kamensky comes from the Polish nobility. Yarosh Kamensky owned in Poland the villages that his grandson Ivan Kamensky in 1696 shared with his brother Peter. Martyn Stepanov has acquired a special deal. Ivan Mikhailov son Kamensky went to Orshany povet. The families of Luke, Vasily and Martin Kamensky, who descended from this, by the decree of HIS MAJESTY blessed memory of the PERSON IMPERATOR PAVL I, followed by the report of the Governing Senate of September 1797 on the 11th day, were approved by the ancient nobility. All this is proved by various documents stored in Heroldia.
