Biography
Born in s. Free , Krasnodar Territory. In 1979, he graduated from the Kazan State Institute of Chemical Technology named after SMKirov with a degree in plastics processing technology [1] .
From 1979 to 1987, he worked at the Research Institute of Polymeric Materials of the Scientific Production Association named after SM Kirov , where he went from an engineer to a senior researcher - the head of the group. In 1984 he entered the correspondence postgraduate school of the Leningrad Technological Institute named after Lensovet , from which he graduated early with the submission in 1986 of his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
From December 1987 to April 2004, he worked at the Perm Scientific Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences as the Chief Scientific Secretary, in 2000 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences .
Contributed to the creation and development of the Perm Scientific Center UB RAS . Participated in the development of a number of legislative acts adopted by the administration and the Legislative Assembly of the Perm region , in particular, the law "On science and science and technology policy in the Perm region" [2] , "The main directions of science and technology policy in the Perm region for the period to 2008 "And others. Conducted a constant work on the coordination of scientific research in the region, the establishment and improvement of the interaction of academic, university and industry science.
In May 2004 he was elected Director of the Institute of Technical Chemistry, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences [3] [4] . Since November 2004, Head of the Department of Chemistry of Natural and Biologically Active Compounds of the Faculty of Chemistry, Perm University .
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institutes of the Ural TO FANO RF, the Presidium of the Perm Scientific Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences , the Joint Council for Chemical Sciences of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences , the Chairman of the Council for Chemistry and Materials Science of the Perm Scientific Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences , heads the dissertation and academic councils of the Institute of Technical Chemistry, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
Scientific Activities
The main direction of scientific research is the creation of a scientific basis for the construction of polymeric filled materials, including high-energy condensed systems, nanomaterials . The directions of his scientific research are the creation of high-energy composite materials of special purpose, working under extreme conditions. For the first time, he developed materials and coatings to minimize migration processes in artillery shot charges, ensuring high reliability and availability of products during the warranty period of their operation. Vladimir Nikolayevich made a great contribution to the development and creation of protective-fastening materials for charges of solid rocket fuel of various functional purposes, in particular, for the engines of the “Energy-Buran” complex [5] , etc. In recent years, he has been engaged in basic research to create high-energy polymeric New generation systems providing enhanced ballistic and energy characteristics of products in a wide temperature range.
He prepared 8 candidates of science. He is the author and co-author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 3 monographs and 17 inventions.
