Biography
Born on May 2, 1933 in the village of Pogiblyak (now Lisyansky district, Cherkasy region , Ukraine ). He worked in the village as head of the library, chairman of the village council. In 1958 he graduated from the V.I.Korolenko PPI , headed the Lisyansky district committee of the Komsomol.
In 1976-1994 - Deputy Chairman of the Cherkasy Regional Executive Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Regional State Administration.
During the creation of the regional museum of local lore, he was the construction manager, at the same time he provided practical assistance as a scientific consultant in the formation of the functional planning and thematic structure of the museum.
He advised the creation of cultural objects of Cherkasy: Chigirinsky - on Castle Hill, and Subotovsky tourist complexes, a sculptural composition of five hundred movements in the village of Staroselye , the Hill of Glory in Cherkasy - together with architect Alexander S. Renkas, monuments T. G. Shevchenko in Uman and Zvenigorodka , memorial complex in honor of the Battle of Korsun-Shevchenko, participated in the creation of many museums in the region.
Since 1994, he was chairman of the regional organization of the Society for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.
He died on October 8, 2004 in Cherkasy .
