Biography
Member of the RCP (b) since 1917. He was the secretary of the newspaper Pravda . In 1918, the " Left Communist ", served in the headquarters of the Eastern Front , chairman of the Revolutionary Tribunal . Since 1920, head of the department of agitation and propaganda of the Moscow City Party Committee . Since 1924, deputy head of the press department of the Central Committee of the RCP (B.) , A member of the editorial board of the magazine "Krasnaya Nov." In December 1937 expelled from the party. He was arrested on April 21, 1939 , in 1941 sentenced to 8 years in the camps . He died in 1944 on the ULP (separate camp site) " Cedar Shore " Intalag , Komi ASSR . Rehabilitated posthumously September 2, 1955.
