Biography
Denis Afinogenov is a pupil of Ufa hockey. From 1992 to 1997 he played for Salavat Yulaev. In 1997, he played 9 matches for the Russian national team at the World Cup, scored 1 goal and gave 1 assist. In 2004, he became the champion of the country as part of the Omsk Avangard. He finished his career in the 2007/08 season at the Neftekamsk Toros. In the spring of 2016, he headed the women's hockey club Agidel from his native Ufa.
