The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chechen Republic of July 14, 2008 No. 43-РЗ “On the formation of the Sharoy district and the municipalities included in its composition, the establishment of their borders and their appropriate status of the municipal district and rural settlement” ^{[3 ]} .
