Story
The film takes place in the United States in the early 1980s. A private school student uses his connections to distribute cocaine on the private school campus . [one]

Production
In January 2013, it was announced that Evan Peters will play the role of Tobias and Alex the role of Bella Heathcote [2] . However, Peters and Heathcote dropped out of the project. In July 2014, it became known that the role of Alex went to Lucy Fry [2] . Then it was announced that Thomas Mann and Logan Huffman joined the project [3] .
Filming
Most of the filming took place in New York . Filming began on July 21 and ended on August 9, 2014 [4] . Filming in Puerto Rico began on August 12 of that year [5] [6] .
Release
The world premiere of the film took place at the Hamptons International Film Festival "October 10, 2015 [7] . The film was also shown at the Mill Valley Film Festival "October 15, 2015. In December 2015, the campaign “ IFC Films »Acquired the rights to distribute the film [8] . The film was released on March 18, 2016 in limited release. [9]
