Biography
He was born in 1912 in Gupalovka (now the Magdalinovsky district , Dnipropetrovsk region , Ukraine ). Colonel engineer, participant in the Great Patriotic War. Member of the CPSU (b) . The author of inventions and rationalization proposals in the field of construction, he created the museum “Military Glory of Military Builders” at the College of Modern Technologies named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.F. Panov.
