Abram Alexandrovich Slutskin ( July 13, 1891 - 1950 ) was a Soviet radio physicist from Borisoglebsk (now the Voronezh Region of Russia), a full member of the Ukrainian SSR Academy of Sciences (since 1948).

After graduating from Kharkov University (1916), he worked in it (from 1928 - professor), at the same time (from 1930) in the Physico-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR (Kharkov).
More than 50 scientific papers (in Russian) on radio physics and electronics.
Slutskin has significant achievements in the field of microwave radio waves (he developed magnetron methods for generating radio waves).
