Biography
Nikolai Semenovich Syabrenko was born in 1917 in a peasant family. He graduated from the Federal Law School, in 1937 he was elected deputy chairman, and then chairman of the regional committee of the trade union of public catering workers. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940 .
Since 1942, he has been working in the apparatus of the Irkutsk regional and city party committees; after graduating from the Higher School of Higher Education at the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1956, he was elected First Secretary of the Ust-Kut RK CPSU . From 1966 until the retirement of N.S. Syabrenko worked as deputy director of the Bratsk Timber Industry Complex.
Repeatedly elected a member of the regional committee of the CPSU , deputy of the regional, city and district Councils of People's Deputies. He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor , the Order of the Badge of Honor, and various medals.
Nikolai Semenovich Syabrenko died on the 67th year of life on March 10, 1984.
