History
It was formed on the basis of the decisions of the All - Russian Central Executive Committee on November 3 and 12, 1923 on the territory of the former Marayskaya, Mostovskaya (fully), part of the Mikhailovsky and Shmakovsky volosts of the Kurgan district of the Chelyabinsk province .
The region included 14 village councils: Bolshezalozhinsky , Dmitrievsky , Kruglovsky , Maraysky , Mikhailovsky , Mostovsky , Novotroitsky , Noskovsky , Exchange , Petukhov , Romanovsky , Russia-Molotovsky , Shastovsky , Shmakovsky .
On March 10, 1924, the first Maraisk District Congress of Soviets took place. Rusakov Savvatiy Danilovich (1891—?), The chairman of the abolished Maraisk volspolkom, was elected the chairman of the Maraisk district executive committee. In 1926 or 1927, the Staropershinsky Village Council was abolished.
By a resolution of the Presidium of the Uraloblispolkom of September 15, 1926, the Bolshezalozhinsky village council was renamed the Zalozhinsky village council, and the R.-Molotovsky village council was renamed the Molotovsky village council.
By a resolution of the Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of July 23, 1930, the Kurgan District, like most other districts of the USSR , was abolished on October 1, 1930. Its areas were transferred directly to the Urals region .
Decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of January 1, 1932 abolished the Maraisk district.
