Baitik Baimambetuly ( Kazakh. Baitik Baimymbetuly , circa 1762-1841) is a Kazakh batyr from the Shomekey family. He defended the areas of Zhanadaria and Kuandaria from the troops of the Khiva and Kokand khanates. Headed the relocation of the Younger Zhuz clans in the vicinity of Zhanadaria. Information about the exploits of Baitik is contained in the works of Kazakh oral creativity ( Balki Bazar , Turmagambet Iztleuov , Omar Shorayakuly ). The white banner of Baitik, with whom he participated in the battles, passed to his son Toganas-batyr and is kept by their descendants in the city of Kyzylorda .
