Valery Ivanovich Tsybuh (born March 9, 1951 ) - Soviet party, public and statesman, diplomat , candidate of philosophical sciences. Biography
Born on March 9, 1951 in the city of Storozhynets, Chernivtsi region . He graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute (1974) and the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1984).
