Valery Ivanovich Tsybuh (born March 9, 1951 ) - Soviet party, public and statesman, diplomat , candidate of philosophical sciences. Born on March 9, 1951 in the city of Storozhynets, Chernivtsi region . He graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute (1974) and the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (1984). In 1968 he worked as an assistant projectionist at the Bukovina cinema in the village of Glubokoe, Chernivtsi region . In December 1974 he was elected first secretary of the Railway District Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine in Kiev. In 1977 he worked in production - the master of the ventilation section, the head of the mechanical section of the plant in Kiev. Since November 1977, at the Komsomol work - Secretary, First Secretary of the Kiev City Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine. Since 1983, the second secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine. In August 1986, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine.
