The Eastern European Women`s Basketball League 2015/2016 is the first season of the women's basketball tournament in which teams from Eastern Europe participated.

Rules
The tournament is held in two stages
1) preliminary - 8 teams from September 25, 2015 to January 10, 2016 play each other in one round in three rounds.
2) final - the best four teams go to the Final Four, which is held on the site of one of the clubs in the playoff system (April 16-17, 2016).
