Curriculum

Born on November 24, 1918 in Stavropol (now Togliatti , Samara Region ). He graduated from the Art and Pedagogical College in Penza (he studied in 1936-1938). Member of World War II . He was repeatedly injured.

Since 1947 he worked in the Kyrgyz ATOB: as an artist, and since 1949 - as the main artist.

In 1971-1974 he worked in the Gorky ATOB named after A.S. Pushkin .

In 1974-1989 - the main artist of the Dnepropetrovsk GATOB .

Son Vladimir Arefiev also became a theater artist.

He was a member of the CPSU (b) since 1945, in 1967 he was elected a candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan.

He died on January 28, 1989 in Dnepropetrovsk (now the Dnieper , Ukraine ). He was buried in Moscow at the Khovansky cemetery (Central Territory, plot 45l) [1] .
