Fedosya Nikolaevna graduated from the 2nd year of the Izhevsk Pedagogical College in 1936 , the one-year courses of employees of preschool institutions at the People's Commissariat of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1937 . She worked as an inspector for preschool institutions in the Zavyalovsky district in 1937-1938 , as a teacher and head of the school in the village of Pychanka in 1938-1947 .
In 1948 - 1953 - the foreman of the field brigade of the collective farm. In 1953, the first in the republic to organize a comprehensive team on the collective farm "Russia", which was led by 25 years.
Member of VDNH of the USSR , for which she was awarded silver ( 1969 ), small silver ( 1955 ) and bronze ( 1954 ) medals. She was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR ( 1963–1967 ), a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (1955–1963), and a delegate to the Third All-Union Congress of Collective Farmers (1969).
She was awarded 2 Orders of Lenin ( 1958 , 1966 ), medals. It is listed in the Honorary Book of Labor Glory and Heroism of the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ( 1965 ).
