Biography

Born in 1902 in the family of a carpenter worker. He graduated from the higher elementary school. Since 1917 he worked as a carpenter on the railway.

In 1923 - 1927 - in the Red Army.

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1926 .

In 1927 - 1931 - at the leading party work in the Kropotkinsk and Armavir regions of the North Caucasus region, the RSFSR.

In 1931 - 1933 - a student at the Odessa Chemical-Technological Institute of the canning industry, who did not graduate.

Since 1933 - Deputy Head of the Political Department of the New-Ukrainian Machine-Tractor Station, Deputy Director for Political Affairs of the Charles Machine-Tractor Station of the Ukrainian SSR.

In 1937 - 1941 - 2nd Secretary of the Kirovograd City Committee of the CP (b) U.

In September 1941 - 1946 - at political work in the Red Army . He served as the head of the Political Department of the 28th reserve, 49th training infantry division of the Transbaikal Front.

In 1946 - Deputy Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U for the coal industry.

In 1946 - 1947 - head of the organizational and instructor department of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

In 1947 - 1950 - Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the CP (b) U.

In 1950 - August 1955, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.

In August 1955 - January 1963 - 1st Secretary of the Kirovograd Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In January - July 1963 - 1st Secretary of the Cherkasy Rural Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
