Biography
Born in a peasant family. Ukrainian. He graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy.
Since 1931 - an agronomist, head of the regional land department, director of a state farm.
In 1940 he became a member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1943 - Chairman of the District Executive Committee, 1st Secretary of the Tetievsky District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev Region, 1st Secretary of the Zvenigorod District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev Region. In May 1951 - December 1962 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kiev Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.
In January 1963 - December 1964 - 1st Secretary of the Kiev Rural Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In December 1964 - March 1967 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kiev Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.
In March 1967 - 1969 - Chairman of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR on bakery products and animal feed industry. In 1969 - April 19, 1975 - Minister of Procurement of the Ukrainian SSR. Since 1975 - retired.
He was awarded orders (including the Order of the Red Banner of Labor) and medals.
