Biography
Born into a peasant family. Received higher education.
In 1927 he joined the CPSU (b).
He was at party work. Since 1938 - 1st Secretary of the Lenin District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine in Kharkov. In January - March 1939, he was the 1st Secretary of the Organizational Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine (Bolsheviks) in the Sumy Region. In March - November 1939 - 1st Secretary of the Sumy Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine.
After the accession of Western Ukraine to the Ukrainian SSR, by a resolution of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine (No. 860-op) on November 27, 1939, the Weaver was appointed 1st Secretary of the Drogobych Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine.
In November 1939 - June 1941 - 1st Secretary of the Drogobych Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Ukraine.
Wife - Maria Yakovlevna. Daughter - Lyudmila (she died in May 1940).
He died during the exit from the environment.
