Biography
Born in July 1903 in the village. Pillars of the Vladimir province (now in the Ivanovo region).
February 1919 - May 1920 - clerk of the Navolotsky District Department of Social Security.
In October 1919 he joined the CPSU (b).
May - October 1920 - Secretary of the cell of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of the Navolotsk Textile Factory “Volga Commune”.
October 1920 - September 1921 - junior policeman of the 5th Navolotsky district of the Kinesham district police.
September 1921 - January 1922 - Assistant Commissioner of the Political Bureau of the Tax Code of the Kinesham County.

In January 1938 he took part in the 1st convocation of the USSR Armed Forces.

May - September 1938 - Acting Deputy Commissar of Internal Affairs of the Ukrainian SSR.
On June 26, 1938, he was elected to the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 1st convocation in the Odessa rural constituency No. 117 of the Odessa region.
September 15 - December 3, 1938 - Head of the NKVD of the Rostov Region.
The final stage
Arrested on December 3, 1938. February 22, 1939 convicted under Art. 58- "a", 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the death penalty. Shot. Rehabilitation denied.
