History
It was built at the end of the 19th century on the Sarygol Upland - the deserted outskirts of the city, by the road to the Old Crimea (and, further, to Simferopol ). It was part of the Kashka-Chokrak water conduit, created at the end of the 19th century with power from the Kashka-Chokrak keys, located 14 km west of Feodosia. The increase in the capacity of the city water supply was caused, among other things, by an increase in water consumption due to the creation of the Feodosia commercial port and the laying of the Feodosiya-Dzhankoy railway line (1896).
After the construction, it was the tallest building in the city. Currently included in the city water supply system.
By the name of the tower, the adjoining area was called "White Pool" [3] .
