Biography
In 1848, together with Xavier de Montepen, he wrote Trois journées de février and Gouvernement provisoire, histoire anecdotique de ses membres. From 1852 he published Revue contemporaine, a journal of the first legitimistic trend, which received a subsidy from the emperor, until in 1868, articles by Emil Keratri on the Mexican expedition led to the secession of Kalonna and the government.
Kalonne printed a number of novels, short stories, and political brochures, sometimes under the pseudonym A. de Bernard: Le Portrait de la marquise, La Ferme de moines, Les Epreuves d'une héritière, De la défense des côtes en Angleterre "( 1859 )," La Pologne devant les conséquences du traite de Vienne "( 1861 )," M. Ratazzi et la crise italienne ”( 1861 ) and others. Under the pseudonym Toison d'Or K., in the book“ Noblesse de contrebande ”he collected interesting information about various fraudulent genealogies.
