Club career

Oscar Vilches - a graduate of the capital of the Peruvian club " Lima Alliance ". In 2004, his head coach Gustavo Costas included him in the main team. On July 31, 2005, Wilches scored his first goal for the Lima Alliance in the national championship, participating in the defeat (4-0) of the Sport Ankash team. The last he went on loan before the start of the 2006 season . The first half of the 2007 season, Wilches, also being on lease, spent in the club " Melgar ". In mid-2007, he returned to his native club, and at the end of the year he was injured, which did not allow him to play at the highest level for two years.

Team Career

On October 12, 2013, Oscar Vilches made his debut for the Peruvian national team in a guest match against the Argentine national team , which took place as part of the penultimate round of the 2014 World Cup qualifying tournament . In this meeting, Wilches in the 69th minute replaced midfielder Andre Carrillo [2] .

Oscar Vilches was included in the Peruvian team for the America's Cup 2016 .
