Biography

Sergei Nikolaevich Perov was born in the village of Verkhnyaya Patsy, Tambov Province in 1916 .

S.N. Perov began working in 1934 as a turner at the Penza Plant named after Frunze. After graduating from a teacher’s institute in 1938, he was sent to Primorsky Krai to work as head teacher of an incomplete secondary school.

Member of the Great Patriotic War

Since 1940, in the Red Army , from the first days of World War II at the front. He was a participant in the battles near Moscow , Leningrad , liberated Novgorod, the Baltic states and Czechoslovakia, having gone from a rank-and-file soldier to the regiment’s communications chief.

After demobilization, he was engaged in economic work in the Penza region : since 1949 - the second, since 1950 - the first secretary of the Kamensk RK of the CPSU (b) of the Penza region .

After completing courses of secretaries of city committees and district committees under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in 1952, he was sent to party work in the Irkutsk Region . From 1952 to 1956 - First Secretary of the Zayar RK first [1] , then Ust-Kut RK CPSU .

In Bratsk

By the decision of the regional party committee, it was aimed at building the Bratsk Hydroelectric Power Station : from 1959 until his death, he was the head of the personnel department of Bratskgesstroi. He was repeatedly elected secretary of the party bureau of the Bratskgesstroy administration, and was deputy. Chairman of the Bratsk city section of hard currency .

Sergey Nikolaevich Perov died on the 63rd year of his life on November 11, 1978 .
